This Affiliate Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between OrientHealthLink ("Company") and the registered affiliate ("Affiliate" or "You"). By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
To qualify as an affiliate, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (b) maintain an active social media account or content platform with a minimum of 1,000 followers; (c) create content in health, wellness, medical, travel, or related niches; (d) provide truthful and accurate personal information and platform data. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Affiliates earn commissions when customers complete service purchases through their unique referral links or codes. The commission structure is as follows:
| Commission Type | Rate | Base |
|---|---|---|
| Registration Fee | 50% | Registration fee paid by referred user |
| Deposit Commission | 70% | Deposit amount paid by referred user |
| Package Commission | 5% | Total package price paid by referred user |
| Membership Fee | 10% | Membership fee paid by referred user |
When someone you refer (B) also becomes an affiliate and earns commissions, you (A) automatically receive 10% of B's commission earnings as an override reward, for 12 months. This does not reduce B's own commission — it is an additional reward layer.
The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates based on business needs, with 30 days advance notice to affiliates.
Commission payments are subject to the following terms: (a) Settlement cycle is monthly — the platform pays out confirmed commissions with a submitted withdrawal request between the 1st and 5th of each month for the previous cycle; (b) Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD — commissions below this amount automatically roll over to the next settlement cycle; (c) Payment is made via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer — affiliates can configure their payout channel and provide valid receiving account details in the affiliate dashboard; (d) To accommodate potential refunds or disputes, commissions are subject to a confirmation window: deposit-based commissions are confirmed 14 days after the customer's payment, and registration/membership-based commissions are confirmed 30 days after the qualifying event — commissions within the confirmation window are not withdrawable; (e) Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from commission income.
When promoting OrientHealthLink services, affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines:
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
The Company grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Company-provided marketing materials solely for promotional activities. Affiliates may not modify, reproduce, or redistribute these materials. Intellectual property rights of promotional content independently created by affiliates remain with the affiliate, but the Company has the right to display or reference such content on its platforms for marketing purposes.
This Agreement may be terminated as follows: (a) Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice; (b) The Company may terminate immediately if the affiliate violates any terms of this Agreement; (c) The Company may terminate if the affiliate has no promotional activity for 90 consecutive days. Upon termination: confirmed commissions meeting payment criteria will be paid on the normal schedule; the affiliate must immediately cease using all Company marketing materials and brand assets; the affiliate's referral links will be deactivated.
The Company does not guarantee that affiliates will earn any specific amount of commission income. Promotional results depend on various factors, including content quality, audience size, and market conditions. The relationship between affiliates and the Company is that of independent contractors — affiliates are not employees, agents, or partners of the Company. The Company is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred by affiliates during promotional activities.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction where the Company is registered. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or platform notification 30 days in advance. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate the partnership before the changes take effect.
