OrientHealthLink - International Medical Travel Concierge

1. Service Overview

OrientHealthLink provides international medical travel concierge services, including but not limited to: appointment coordination with top hospitals and specialists in China, travel logistics arrangement (accommodation, transportation), professional medical interpretation, cultural experience planning, and related support services. We act as a medical coordination agency helping international patients access quality healthcare in China, but we do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment ourselves.

2. Registration & Account

Using our services requires creating an account. A registration fee of $58 USD is required upon sign-up. This registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid, regardless of whether you proceed with any subsequent services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

3. Payment & Deposits

After selecting a service package, a deposit of $200 USD is required to confirm your booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final service fee. We accept payment via PayPal. Package prices cover our coordination and concierge service fees only; medical treatment costs are billed separately by the relevant hospital. All prices are denominated in USD. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid. Regardless of the reason — including but not limited to client cancellation, itinerary changes, visa denial, or personal health circumstances — the deposit will not be refunded. In the event that OrientHealthLink is entirely unable to deliver any of the agreed services, OrientHealthLink will handle the situation at its discretion, but does not guarantee a full refund of the deposit.

4. Scope & Limitations of Service

OrientHealthLink is a medical travel coordination service provider, not a medical institution. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are strictly limited to: assisting with hospital and specialist appointment scheduling, travel logistics (visa, accommodation, transportation), medical interpretation services, cultural experience arrangements, and translation of medical communications. All medical decisions are made jointly by you and your attending physician. We strive to coordinate quality medical resources but do not guarantee or promise any medical outcomes. Travel arrangements are subject to the terms of airlines, hotels, and other third-party service providers.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and health information, holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.), purchasing appropriate travel and medical insurance, complying with local laws and regulations in China, and making timely payment of agreed service fees. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality and efficiency of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and software, is the property of OrientHealthLink or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise used without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of our services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

8. Affiliate & Influencer Partnership Agreement

OrientHealthLink offers an affiliate commission program for content creators, social media influencers, and key opinion leaders (collectively, "Affiliate Partners"). Affiliate Partners promote our services through a unique referral code assigned by the platform. When a referred user makes a qualifying payment, the Affiliate Partner earns a corresponding commission.

Commission rates are as follows: (1) Registration Fee Commission — 65% of the registration fee paid by the referred user; (2) Deposit Commission — 70% of the service deposit paid by the referred user; (3) Package Fee Commission — 5% of the total package service fee paid by the referred user.

Commission Settlement: Commissions are automatically credited to the Affiliate Partner's account upon the referred user's successful payment, with a status of "Pending." Partners may submit a withdrawal request through the platform; upon approval, payouts will be issued via PayPal or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 USD. OrientHealthLink reserves the right to suspend or revoke commissions in cases of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake registrations or manipulated transactions.

OrientHealthLink reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time. Updated rates will be announced on the platform and will take effect for new transactions from the date of announcement. Previously confirmed commissions will not be affected by rate changes.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms become effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for the latest terms.
