OrientHealthLink provides international medical travel concierge services, including but not limited to: appointment coordination with top hospitals and specialists in China, travel logistics arrangement (accommodation, transportation), professional medical interpretation, cultural experience planning, and related support services. We act as a medical coordination agency helping international patients access quality healthcare in China, but we do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment ourselves.
Creating a free Explorer account requires no payment. Upgrading to Member ($99/year) or TCM Member ($149/year) requires annual payment as described in Section 3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
The $200 deposit secures your slot in our coordination process and triggers our work in matching hospitals and preparing your personalized treatment plan.

Membership Fees ($99 / $149 annual):
Refundable within 7 days of payment if no member services have been used (defined as: not having logged into the member dashboard).
OrientHealthLink is a medical travel coordination service provider, not a medical institution. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are strictly limited to: assisting with hospital and specialist appointment scheduling, travel logistics (visa, accommodation, transportation), medical interpretation services, cultural experience arrangements, and translation of medical communications. All medical decisions are made jointly by you and your attending physician. We strive to coordinate quality medical resources but do not guarantee or promise any medical outcomes. TCM-related content on this website is based on traditional TCM theory, provided for general informational purposes only, does not constitute treatment advice, and individual results vary. Travel arrangements are subject to the terms of airlines, hotels, and other third-party service providers.
As a user, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and health information, holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.), purchasing appropriate travel and medical insurance, complying with local laws and regulations in China, and making timely payment of agreed service fees. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality and efficiency of our services.

Our services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of our services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
OrientHealthLink offers an affiliate commission program for content creators, social media influencers, and key opinion leaders (collectively, "Affiliate Partners"). Affiliate Partners promote our services through a unique referral code assigned by the platform. When a referred user makes a qualifying payment, the Affiliate Partner earns a corresponding commission.
Commission rates are as follows: (1) Deposit Commission — 70% of the service deposit paid by the referred user; (2) Package Fee Commission — 5% of the total package service fee paid by the referred user; (3) Registration Fee Commission — 50% of the registration fee paid by the referred user; (4) Membership Fee Commission — 50% of the annual membership fee paid by the referred user.
Creator Network Override: An Affiliate Partner (A) may invite other creators (B) to join the affiliate program using their referral code. When the invited creator B generates commissions on the platform, A will automatically receive a 10% override on B's commission amount. This override is paid entirely by the company and is never deducted from B's earnings. The network override is valid for 12 months from B's registration date. This program is strictly limited to a two-tier structure (A→B) and does not extend to additional levels (e.g., B→C→D does not generate overrides for A), in full compliance with FTC regulations.
Commission Settlement: Commissions are automatically credited to the Affiliate Partner's account upon the referred user's successful payment, with a status of "Pending." To accommodate potential refunds or disputes, commissions are subject to a confirmation window — deposit-based commissions are confirmed 14 days after the customer's payment, while registration/membership-based commissions are confirmed 30 days after the qualifying event. Once confirmed, commissions become withdrawable. Withdrawable commissions are settled monthly and paid out between the 1st and 5th of each month for confirmed commissions with a submitted withdrawal request, via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 USD; amounts below the threshold automatically roll over to the next settlement cycle. OrientHealthLink reserves the right to suspend or revoke commissions in cases of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake registrations or manipulated transactions.
OrientHealthLink reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time. Updated rates will be announced on the platform and will take effect for new transactions from the date of announcement. Previously confirmed commissions will not be affected by rate changes.
Affiliate Partners must comply with all applicable advertising laws and medical advertising regulations in their jurisdiction when conducting promotional activities. Partners must not exaggerate treatment outcomes or make false claims. OrientHealthLink reserves the right to withhold commissions and pursue legal remedies in cases where a Partner's non-compliant conduct causes harm to the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms become effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for the latest terms.
